The region around Pullach in the Isar Valley is now one of the most popular hiking regions in Bavaria. Currently there are nearly 70 different tours waiting to be explored by hikers and recreational athletes. Almost all lead through the Pullach region and are easy to reach from Seitner Hof.

Biking around Munich
The area around Pullach attracts numerous cyclists to the region year after year. On the meanwhile more than 80 tours, the racing cyclist, the mountain biker and the e-biker have a suitable tour for everyone. Highlights include the Isar cycle path through Munich or the Munich waterway, which follows the course of the Munich drinking water between Deutsches Museum and Tegernsee.
Sailing - surfing - rafting
You can swim in the active holiday in the Isar, sailing or surfing on the lakes around Munich. Starnberger See and Ammersee are beautiful destinations. The Schliersee and Tegernsee are also easily reached by the Bayerische Oberland Bahn. A special highlight in the Isar Valley are the raft rides on the Isar. From 1 May to 15 September, rides can be booked.
